<p><a target="_blank" href="http://winscp.net/eng/index.php">WinSCP</a>, probably the best choice, has the ability to synchronize an FTP.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://filezilla-project.org/">FileZilla</a> is another open source alternative that I simply don&#8217;t like.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an article on found on the Novell site: <a target="_blank" href="http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/appnote/14729.html">AppNote: Using RSYNC with Windows</a>.</p>
<p>Additional Mention:</p>
<p>FileWare (dot com) has a few solid applications.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://askywhale.com/ftpsync/">Askywhale has one</a>.</p>

<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.nirsoft.net/">NirSoft</a> is filled with a ridiculous amount of awesome in-house freeware.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.irnis.net/free.shtml">IRNIS</a> hosts a slew of free goodies including XCSC, XCSV, and XFFF.&nbsp; Sorry, check there for the non-acronym versions.</p>
<p>Xtort is the host of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.xtort.net/office-and-productivity/floppy-office/">Tiny USB Office</a> (formerly Floppy Office).&nbsp; It is simply a combination of several awesome little utilities though.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://home.mnet-online.de/horst.muc/wrem.htm">Horst Schaeffer&#8217;s Widows Pages</a> carries several lovelies like &#8220;Reminder.&#8221;</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.rejetto.com/hfs/">HFS</a> (HTTP File Server)</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1018336">AutoMen</a> which is actually found at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.64k.it/andres/">64K.it</a> but <a target="_blank" href="http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1018336">this post describes it better</a>.&nbsp; This is a front-end for Mencoder.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.crispybytes.com/products.html">CrispyBytes Development</a> is home to two useful utilities: DateInTray and Clear Read-Only.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://sdcc.sourceforge.net/">SDCC</a> &#8211; Small Device C Compiler.&nbsp; For those mobile programmers out there.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.winvistaclub.com/d5.html">Windows Vista Freeware Utilities List</a> takes a special notice for a compilation of software that is &#8220;tiny, installation-free, portable, and freeware.&#8221;</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.eolsoft.com/">Eolsoft</a> sports one of the best software I&#8217;ve ever had on older systems: Winmail Opener which helps you crack open those pesky DAT files.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.fantastic-bits.de/">Fantastic Bits</a> has loads of unique freeware.&nbsp; (Site in German.)</p>
<p>The next three are mail servers:</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.axigen.com/mail-server/free/">AXIGEN&#8217;s&nbsp; Office Edition</a> is a simple Free Mail Server.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.altn.com/Products/Free-Windows-Mail-Server/">MDaemon</a></p>
<p>I think I&#8217;m digging <a target="_blank" href="http://www.hmailserver.com/">hMailServer</a> best.</p>
<p>Additional Mention:</p>
<p>Ardamax (dot com) has three extremely useful utilities.</p>
